Plumbing and electrical is believed original. The sewer system has been somewhat of a mystery.... The mystery is now solved with an inspection today, and it has been determined the sewer system is a cesspool, and we are waiting for the report. Verbally, I have been advised it is useable, and the pipe blockage has been cleared. There is a public sewer in Lakeview Ave., and I understand that improvements to the property may require connection to the public sewer depending on the improvement, etc. Regarding what you can do with this property, you are encouraged to check with the City of Yorba Linda, as there are a variety of options. Electric, Water, and Gas are connected at the property, and Public Sewer is believed available in Lakeview Ave.
