Our commitment

Arrivva, Inc. wants everyone to be able to research, buy, sell and finance a home with us, including people who use a keyboard instead of a mouse, a screen reader, voice control, magnification or other assistive technology.

The standard we use

We build and test arrivva.com against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the W3C. arrivva.com partially conforms to WCAG 2.2 AA. Partially conforms means some content, mostly from the third-party tools listed below, does not yet fully meet the standard.

How we test

Accessibility is built into how this site is designed and coded, not added afterward with a widget. Our most recent full audit was completed on October 22, 2026. It covered every page on the site with automated WCAG testing, plus hands-on keyboard testing of every page template, our menus, forms and interactive tools, reflow testing at small screen sizes, and color contrast checks. Issues found in our own code are fixed as part of normal site work, and we re-test after each round of changes.

Known limits in third-party tools

A few features on arrivva.com run on software from other companies. We have reported the issues below to those vendors, and each one has another way to get the same thing done.

• Appointment calendar. The booking calendar cannot yet be fully used with a keyboard or screen reader. Call or text (408) 868-2620 and we will book your call for you.
• Property search and listings. Some search filters and listing details come from our MLS search provider and have labeling and contrast issues. Call or text us and we will run any search for you.
• Live mortgage rates. The rates tool on our rates page has some controls that screen readers do not announce correctly. Call or text us for a rate quote.
• Newsletter signup. The signup field in the footer has no visible label. Call or text us and we will add you to the list.
• Online mortgage application. The application is hosted by our loan software provider. If any part of it gets in your way, call us and we will take your application by phone.
