About Arrivva
Real estate has been broken for decades.
Fred Glick decided to fix it.
over $3 billion in lifetime residential transactions. A broker since 1997. Featured on national television. And still asking the industry the questions it hates: why are agents charging 2.5%? Why does dual agency still exist?

Our vision
A new model for real estate
We envision real estate built on equitable flat-fee transactions. A model that cuts through bureaucracy, streamlines transactions, educates the consumer, democratizes the industry. And, most importantly, one that has already returned $8,388,147 to our clients.
Our mission
Business class at an economy price
There are first-class agents who hold your hand through every emotional step, and economy self-service options that leave you alone with the paperwork. Arrivva sits deliberately in the middle: professional, business-class representation, with full preparation, expert negotiation, and fast communication, at a flat, economy price.
The story
From Philadelphia broker's kid to industry dissident
1997
Fred earns his real estate license and begins his brokerage career, drawing on a Philadelphia family where both parents were brokers. His mother was one of the first women to make a name in the industry there.
2000s
Builds deep mortgage and real-estate experience across multiple market cycles, with national television appearances including CNBC during the housing crisis.
2013
Goes fully office-free, years before the industry caught up. A physical office is overhead clients end up paying for.
2014
Moves to California; trades the three-piece suit for shoulder-length hair and commits to a fixed-fee future for real estate.
2016
Arrivva is born: flat fees, full service, no dual agency, Slack-first communication.
Today
211 closings, $8,388,147 rebated to buyers, zero E&O claims, and a weekly podcast putting the industry on notice.
What we hold ourselves to
The standards behind the flat fee
Transparency
Private Slack channels, contracts shared ahead of time, every closing published with its rebate on our results page. We'll tell you the truth even when it's not what you want to hear.
Ethics
Never dual agency. Zero errors-and-omissions claims in 10 years. Ask any agent two questions: what do you charge, and how many E&O claims has your company had in the last three years?
Technology
Office-free since 2013, digital-first everything. Technology should lower your costs, not pad a brokerage's brand budget.
Client-first service
Fred is on every deal and writes every contract. We work with qualified, motivated clients and reward them with unparalleled service and substantial rebates.
“I'm on every deal and every contract. I may have a broker in another state, but I'm involved in every deal. No real estate brokerage can say that.”

Client reviews
Don't take our word for it
Real reviews from real closings. Every one of them is on our reviews page, and on Google, Zillow, and Yelp.
“Their fee structure alone saved me over $200,000... There was no pressure, no ego, just smart advice grounded in data and experience.”
“Fantastic experience with Fred and team. Sold in less than 30 days with multiple offers and all cash. Can't recommend enough”
“They also had the lowest rates and fees I could find for my mortgage. When issues arose with the lender, Fred made sure everything went through smoothly.”
