Fact-based, transparent transactions for buyers and sellers where we bring price of real estate brokering back to what it should be!

for sellers:

our only goal is to help you sell your home and to only charge you a reasonable fee. we don’t believe in charging you a percentage of the purchase price because we believe our fees should only reflect the work we do for you.

 

macroeconomic factors such as limited inventory, low unemployment, good schools etc. are beyond our control so why should you pay for them? You shouldn’t. we’ve brought the full price of home selling back to what it should be.

 

our $15,000 includes what the buyer’s broker gets, plus:

full seller-broker services with no dual-agency

photography of your home, including stills, video and drone footage.

one hour (on us) with other professionals to assist in the process: real estate attorney, tax accountant, therapist (if needed)

assistance and discounts with moving, utility setup and other house & home setup items.

private showings to only pre-approved buyers, e.g. bank pre-approval and/or sufficient money in the bank

submissions to all the places buyers are: MLS, zillow, redfin, trulia, realtor.com, etc…

for buyers:

our only goal is to help you find a home that suits your needs. we don’t believe in charging you based on the percentage of the purchase price because we believe our fees should only reflect what we do for you.

we charge a flat $7,500 fee to provide you comprehensive real estate services and we’ll even credit you any leftover funds at escrow. see sample transaction for details on how our pricing works.
