We Will Not Cheat On You
Could you imagine going to court and having the same lawyer represent you and the other side? How silly would that be? At Arrivva, our agents will only represent either a buyer or a seller in an agreement, never both.
If you are a seller, your Arrivva agent will know the details of your home and situation and not share what does not need to be shared with anyone. This enhances your negotiating position to insure that you get not only the best price but the best terms!
40% of all real estate errors and omission insurance claims involve dual agency. Source
As a buyer, you’ll have the assurance that we are not going to steer you to homes that our agency lists. We will act completely for your best interest so that you get the best price and terms (sound familiar?).
Marketing Genius- Getting Attention
We do all the good stuff like Trulia, Zillow, Realtor.com, MLS, IDXing, Craigslist, etc. but what we do differently is making sure properties gets noticed!
How about the fact that we do Open Houses for a short time like 24 minutes? That ensures that only true buyers interested in your home come to the open, not nosy neighbors or professional home lookers.
We are full of “good crazy” because we look at ourself on the selling end as an advertising and marketing company and not a real estate brokerage.
“We know how to say no!” Our people are trained to be tenacious, your wall, your representative in one of life’s biggest transactions.
Negotiation, marketing and communications. The three things every agent should be great at. And yes, we are!
Real estate agents make too much money. Prices are way up and agents still charge you around 6%. Rates ARE negotiable for listings and can be based as a flat fee or a percentage. We do not charge what some agents call the standard 6%. Any listings over $200,000 through Fred Glick, the broker of record will carry a flat fee of $10,000. That includes a full service listing that is broadcasted on Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, etc., along with being put into the MLS with professional writing and pictures.
Our founder, Fred Glick is a regular on important real estate and mortgage issues on business cable television station, CNBC(R). Additionally, he has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, the New York Times, the Philadelphia Inquirer along with being interviewed for radio shows and one appearance on the Late Show with David Letterman!
